Michelle Holmes has been painting and exhibiting on the Northern Beaches for many years. She paints with Oils, Acrylics, Watercolours, enjoys Mixed Media and also loves Mosaic.

Michelle had a successful solo exhibition in 2008 where she exhibited 64 paintings.

She curated and hung the Annual St Ives Art Show for 2 years and at present hosts a program on Northern Beaches Community Radio (88.7 and 90.3 FM) where she promotes Art and Artists on the Peninsular.

Michelle is always wanting to learn new techniques and at the moment is feeling her way with Chinese Ink Brush painting and is enjoying the spirituality that it brings to her work.

Michelle writes poetry and is looking to incorporate some in her new works.

She has paintings in private collections in every State in Australia.
