Our Crafters

Our crafters fill the tables at Mona Vale Memorial Hall with an enormous range of handcraft.  Here's a quick summary of what our members make, with a link to each member's page.

Ann Guy   Ann has produced screen printing on fabric since 1972 - baby clothes, aprons, manchester and bed linen. More recently, she also makes bold screenprints on paper, with designs including Australian wildlife and landscapes.

Becky Diacono   Becky learned porcelain painting in Kenya for three years, and continued study in Sydney. She experiments with creating her own shapes and forms from raw porcelain clay, which she fires in her own kiln.

Grahame McKenzie   Grahame salvages burls, stumps and roots from fallen trees on his own rural property. From these, he fashions lacquered fruit bowls and sculptural works.

Jos McFall   Jos is a glass artist with many vibrant plates and bowls coming from the kiln

Judy   Judy enjoys using a combination of knotting and crochet to create scarves and other yarn products. She enjoys experimenting with different techniques for fabricating textiles.

Kathy Dall'Amico   Kathy's hand-painted Gift Tags and Gift Bags add that individual touch to your presents for family and friends. She also reproduces her Mixed Media Art as a range of Art Cards.

Kim   Kim's jewellery includes a mixture of beading techniques, and combines a wide range of materials such as semi-precious gems, crystals, pearls and many more, resulting in a distinctive collection of attractive pieces.

Michelle Holmes   At our exhibitions, as well as her mosaic work, Michelle displays her needlework. This is currently a series of distinctive cats, in a range of bright colours.

Ruth Lind   Ruth knits booties and cardigans, jumpers, ponchos and shawls for little folk. She also sews traditional and pretty dresses for little girls.

Peter Blanchard   Peter Blanchard pursues his passion for wood using exclusively Australian timbers at his workshop in Church Point
