Kathy Dall'Amico's Mixed Media Art
Kathy Dall'Amico has been a member of Artist's & Craftsmen of Pittwater for 13 years and is an active member of our Art & Craft Management Committee. This committee meets regularly to plan upcoming ACOP events and write Editorials and design Advertising.
These group meetings are a great way for members to interact and share ideas to ensure that we continue to present exciting Exhibitions to the public. All our Art and Craft is handmade by ACOP members and is of a high standard, while our pricing is very competitive.
Kathy has walked many creative paths, Sales, Management, Retail Buyer, Market Trader at the Heritage Craft Fair at St. Ives where she made and sold Decorative Masks, Cushions and Soft Furnishings.
It was while making Decorative Masks that Kathy joined a Decorative Painting Group to explore painted finishes. Experience gained in following years led her to make a move from Soft Furnishings to Art.
Kathy currently exhibits as a Mixed Media Artist, producing Art, Hand Painted Cushions and Art Cards. Her painted cushions depicting stylised Japanese Kokeshi Dolls are bought by collectors and home decorators and her recent collection of Geisha Mixed Media Panels was a big hit at our last sale.
With her diverse creative interests, there is usually something new and exciting presented at each ACOP Exhibition.
