Margaret is inspired by her beautiful Northern Beaches surroundings, and you will often find her taking photos on and around the beaches to inspire her next artwork. She loves travelling the world and meeting new friends all over the globe.

Many years ago, Margaret was tutored by a Russian artist called Peter Panow, who had studied at the Imperial Academy of Fine Arts in St Petersburg, Russia. He taught her skills, many of which she uses in her artwork today. She chose to paint mostly with oils because she loves the texture and movement it brings to her paintings.

Over the years, Margaret's paintings have been displayed in many exhibitions across Sydney and country New South Wales. She has also done a number of paintings by request, so if   you like her style and would like something more personal please contact her for a chat about your ideas.
